Before you delete

Export your data first. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscription is stopped from renewing rather than cut off, so you keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for.

How to delete

Go to account settings, scroll to "Danger Zone," and click "Delete Account." You'll need to type DELETE to confirm. Your cloud data is destroyed straight away; a few records outlive it, and the privacy policy lists them. A copy can persist in our disaster-recovery backups for up to seven days. Local desktop data remains on your machine unless you uninstall.
