Setting up a grant

Add an equity grant from the Portfolio section. Enter the grant type (RSU, ISO, NSO, or private), grant date, total shares, vesting period, frequency, and cliff.

Venova computes vested, unvested, and exercised splits at read time so the numbers are always current. You can optionally include the vested portion in your net worth calculation.
