How offline mode works
The desktop app stores all data in a local database on your machine. You can add transactions, manage recurring bills, view analytics, and do everything you normally would. No internet required.
When you reconnect, your local changes merge with your cloud account automatically. The merge works record by record, so changes made in different places sit alongside each other rather than one side overwriting the other wholesale.

Offline limitations
If you use multiple devices, changes made offline on one device won't appear on others until both sync.
